I need to update my paper address book. I have the addresses in Excel. The addresses vary in information so are different lengths and sizes. I wou

ld like to be able to print them and perhaps cut them individually if that is the only way. Do you have removable labels/sheets so when I have a change I can make the changes in Excel, print out the new one and replace the old one, which would be removeable, in my address book? Or is this too much to ask for???? Would appreciate any ideas you have for an old-fashioned address book. Thanks.

If you have your contacts already on a spreadsheet software you can use the Mail Merge feature available through Avery design software to create mailing lists. The information can be removed/edited if there are any changes when it is necessary. Avery also has a variety of address labels that can be used to update your address labels. Question

Can the sofware recognise names alphebetically?

I have a video production business in which I have seasonal events which often the same people will order videos. My goal is to have a database program that all I have to do is start typing in the name, and if it's a repeat it will finish the addrress. Is there such a program from Avery, or others?

When I merge my labels only One page merges , I have 800 records, yet only 1-80 will merge at a time,
