Select the image you inserted in the template and click on the Page Layout tab in the ribbon toolbar. Then click on Text Wrapping and select In Front of Text in the drop down menu. Use your mouse to drag the image to the top left corner of your label.

Just highlight the text and use the regular Alignment tool on the Word toolbar to choose Center.

Question

Please help! Part of my new job is printing names and logos on name badges (Avery 74520). For two weeks I've been trying to get my printer to print.

I can't get the printer to print the information as it's laid out on the computer screen. The printer won't acknowledge the format of the badges. Please help ---- I'm going crazy trying to get this to work. I downloaded the template and it looks right on screen but when I go to print them, it prints all the way to the left and I only get a portion of the logo! Please any suggestions will be helpful!

Download and install the Avery Wizard Software for Microsoft Word from www.avery.com/wizard. Enter your product number and then change the page orientation on the right side of the Wizard screen.

The font size can be changed easily. Highlight the text or the text box and select the desired font type and size from the Font or Format menu options.

A background or watermark can be added to the name badges to give them a more professional look. Use the Page Background options through the Page Layout menu tab to format the backgrounds and watermarks for individual labels or entire label sheets.

Question

Why is there not a standard template for these in FileMaker Pro? One other note, which is that I am also having trouble printing these from MS Word.

Printer I have is: HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus. I keep getting the wrong paper size error message, just as others on this forum have. Not sure why.
