To add text insert a text box into the printable area of the label. Avery design software can be a great help in formatting these name labels. Select from a variety of pre-designed templates or create your own.

You can double click on the area and format the printable area as you wish. The downloadable templates are also available at www.Avery.com/Templates and also through Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software.

Pre-designed templates can be edited to meet the needs of your project. Add images and graphics through the Insert option. Delete an item by selecting and using the Delete key on the keyboard.
