Looking for Answers about AVERY How to Format an Avery Template in Avery Wizard Software for Microsoft® Office?

I am using text input so I can get a background on my white label and then putting in the name and address information. When the data base merges each page has a different repeating name and address according to what the last one on the page would be. How can I get a back ground and have all the names printed in my database not just the last entry on the page repeating 30 times?

I used Avery Wizard 4 to import name & address data from Word 2003 and create labels.

I am using business cards for membership cards, so I took a template and made my own design. I will be changing a few things in each card before printing, but the format will remain the same. I would like to be able to copy the entire card to a whole page of cards to create a master, then go back and edit each card individually, just entering different names and membership designations. We don't have a large membership, but it is time consuming to copy text to each card, then go back and copy the graphics. This also changes the positioning of text and graphics for each card, so it would be a lot less work if I could take my first master card and copy and paste it to the 9 other cards and have a master page. I am using Microsoft Word and Avery 5371 as my template merged in.

I have downloaded Avery 5160, typed in 30 addresses, one on each lable, simple. When I print the one page of 30 labels, the first nine addresses (three per line on three labels each line) are okay, but label lines 4 thru 10 are not centered horizontally on the labels.

Column formatted as Zipcode in Excel. How do I get all 5 digits to print?
