Question

Is there a way to make the valentine coupons usable with mail merge.

I would like to have each coupon have a different job or saying on it so I can print one sheet of business cards, labels, etc. Tried several methods, but was unable to make the file merge properly. I plan to use this project to show the students how to use mail merge.

This is a great use to demonstrate the use of the mail merge function. The spreadsheet needs to be set up with the different job or sayings in order to match up with the correct fields. The mail merge function is available through Avery design software as well.
