If you are using Word 2007, your spacing may be set to 1.5 spaces. Go to Paragraph > Line Spacing to change the line spacing to 1.

Copy the text in the first label and paste it into the remaining labels. Or you can use the Avery Design & Print Online tool at www.avery.com/print. The tool automatically copies what you format in the first label to all the other labels on the sheet.

Try using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This takes you step by step through the process of selecting the correct template, customizing it and then printing out your final project. You can design several different labels on a single page by using the 'Edit One' option, or you can apply the same design to all of the labels by using the 'Edit All' option. There is no download required and projects can be saved online to your MyAvery account or directly to your computer. Here is the link to the software demo: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/De....
