Once you download the template, your computer should be set. When you finish your design and click to print, there are printer settings in the Print dialog box that can optimize your print quality. Choose the Labels setting if you're printing labels or the Heavyweight or Card setting for business cards or other card materials. You can click on the Help button in your print dialog box to learn more.

Go to "tools" on the toolbar.
Choose letters and mailings, then envelopes and labels.
There is an option at the bottom left of the screen in a box
that states " use full page of the same label". Make sure
it is checked and it will print a full sheet of the same label.

In Microsoft Word, click on 'mailings' tab, then click on 'labels'. In the new window, click on 'label vendors' dropdown menu and find 'avery us letters', then scroll through the 'product numbers' to find your template number. After you click on your template number, click 'OK'. Next, type in your address info in the space provided, then click on the 'new document' button. If your address doesn't fit in the labels, highlight/select all and change the font size.

answer 1
Using the 5305 Tent Cards, I formatted an Excel template to use to print both sides of the name tents at the same time. Six rows were merged at a set height of 127.5 each. Column 1 and 3 have a set width of 40. Column 2’s width is set at 8.43. The font is set on Arial Rounded MT Bold at 72. Depending on the length of text, you may have to adjust your font. Type into the first column only. The third column holding data is automatically set to copy.

Most of our Word templates work on the Word for Mac programs. The templates with auto-fill or other special features may lose some functionality. We also have blank templates for our most popular product for InDesign. Just type "InDesign" in the search box to see them all. If your product isn't covered, use our online print tool, Avery Design & Print Online, at www.avery.com/print.

Question

I have Return Address Product 8667. No matter what font I select, even at font size 10, it cuts off the bottom line or parts of it. The entire 3-lin

The entire 3-line address will not fit, from top to bottom. The ony font I can get to work is Felix, and it is really a stinky font. Arial doesn't work unless is 8 points, which is too small too read. There is just too much space between the lines, and I am at "0" and "0" in the spacing section f "Lines and Spaces". What else should I do?

Use Microsoft Excel to enter the numbers in one column automatically, then download a Free Avery Wizard at www.avery.com/wizard and merge that one field. If you want to see a tutorial on mail merge with the Wizard, watch our YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skoz....

I don't know if there is a software package that will do what you are trying to do. But, if I had your problem, I would complete the task in the following manner. I would go to my address book and place the number next to each name, e.g. 1-30, 31-60, etc. I would then print the labels and then go back and erase the numbers.
