Need a new color index for 31 tab 11129

Mine did not print out right and I would like to know if you have a template where I can just use my color printer to print out the index on my own paper so I can try again.

These dividers are sold as a set. Individual dividers are not sold separately. Additional column can be added to the downloadable template by using the Insert function.
