Avery DesignPro for Macs is compatible with Apple computers and can be downloaded for free from www.Avery.com/Software. Make sure that your computer meets the system requirements prior to downloading. Also, use the Avery Templates & Software Advisor at http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Te... to help you choose the right Avery printing solution based on your project and your computer system. If your system does not meet the necessary requirements use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This software does not require any downloads and your designs can be created online with the same design capabilities as other Avery design software.

Question

alignment problems

The alignment is off when I print my return address labels. When I use an outline or frame it's always misalinged and when I have a colored background there is always a white margin somewhere on the label. I'm stumped as how to correct this. Help!

The majority of the time alignment issues can be resolved by changing the printer settings. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the printer settings to label or something similar to accommodate the label sheets. For additional information regarding changing the printer settings please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test. For additional printing tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter. For best results we recommend using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Format and design one label or card and apply the design to the rest of the page through the Sheet Navigator. If you are not familiar with the software here is the link to the software demo http://www.avery.com/avery/en_US/De....

My PC does not have Microsoft Office, but I do have OpenOffice 3.3 on my 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1. Any way I can still utilize this? Thank you.

To use the Avery Wizard, you must have Microsoft Office. However, you can use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print, and import your photo to a label by using the "From My Computer" option. This online software takes you step by step through the process of selecting a template, customizing it and printing out your finished project. Projects can then be saved either online to your MyAvery account or directly to your computer. Plus this design software does not require any downloads. To learn more about it, here is a link to view the software demo: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/De....
