When you get to the 'Print Project' step and the print preview is displayed that file will be a pdf that you can save, yet not be able to edit. Only .avery files can be opened again in Design & Print Online.

Question

I clicked "Save my project", but have been unable to retrieve it. I get a message that the file is corrupted and cannot be repaired.

When I clicked "save project", no dialogue box showed up, nor were there any instructions on the page to give me alternatives (e.g., save as pdf). What do I do now, since I can't retrieve my labels?

The projects created using Avery Design & Print Online can be opened through the same program using the 'Open a Saved Project' link. The saved project should be in your Downloads folder in My Documents.

Question

I designed my business card with Design and Print Online, but when I clicked the NEXT button to save and print, the browser screen was empty.

I could go back to the design by using the browser back arrow and see my design, but can not get the finish screen to populate. When I created a second tab and scrolled through a template, it would go through all the NEXT phases to Finish and Print.

I designed an Avery on line label but when I try to save it on my computer or to a thumb drive, I am not able to open and view the label.

On ny thumb drive I have a file image but can't open it. I am able to save it on Avery on line and am able to reopen it but still am unable to print it. Help thanks

I have saved my file to my computer, but don't see a way to open that file when i want to print it later. it is a *.avery file.

Trying to save to myavery, i had to login, and got a spinning cursor for three minutes. because i'd saved it to my computer, i thought i would be able to get back to it, but i don't see a way to open the file from my computer. please help. spent a lot of time on this.

Why does adobe change my font?

Why does adobe change my font on my business cards when i go to print them? when i click print and it opens in adobe it changes the font i saved it as and prints that making me waste a whole page of business cards, how do i fix this?
