First, scan the image and choose an image you want to insert and save it to a place you remember on your computer as a jpg. To insert, choose Insert then Picture and browse to find the file. To make it easier to move the image around, in Picture Tools, choose Text Wrapping and click on In front of Text. Then you can click and drag the image to the position you want.
