You can use copy and paste after you design the first card - sometimes you have to adjust the formatting a bit. OR, if you're starting with a pre-designed template, use the Find and Replace feature to substitute text all at once. If your design is saved on your computer, choose Insert then Picture and browse to find the file. To make it easier to move the image around, in Picture Tools, choose Text Wrapping and click on In front of Text. Then you can click and drag the image to the position you want. If you want to add text, you can choose to insert a text box.
