Type the information in the first label how you want it to appear. Save that as a new document in case you need to start over (that way you still have the template file.) Highlight the new information and copy it then you have to go to each individual label and highlight the default text and paste your information. You may also need to adjust the placement of the image a little depending on what information you have listed.

Another method to do this would be to do an "edit and replace". That way you can, for example, have it edit "Name" and replace it with "Jane Doe". In that case it will do it on all 60 labels at one time. Just do that for each line of text and format it how you want it to look!

Select the image you inserted in the template and click on the Page Layout tab in the ribbon toolbar. Then click on Text Wrapping and select In Front of Text in the drop down menu. Use your mouse to drag the image to the place you would like it to be on your template.

Customizing address labels using the mail merge function using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print will not change any of the design elements. The pre-designed templates can be further formatted by using the design tools available through Avery design software and formatting options available through MS Word. You can change the font style, add a background or insert or remove images to give your project a personalized touch.
