Avery 5418 White Removable Print or Write Labels are available to be purchased directly from Avery.com. Click on the 'Add to Cart' icon to complete your purchase.

There is no auto-fill option for the labels. Sequential numbers can be added by creating an excel file with one sequential numbers in each cell, then import this data into your template via mail merge on Avery Design & Print Online or with the Wizard software.

2518 is not an Avery product number. Avery 5418 measures 1/2" x 3/4".

The downloadable templates are compatible with MS Word. Download and save this as a regular word file. If this is a file that you will be accessing on a regular basis, re-name it and save it to your desktop.

You may need to change the printer settings to accommodate these label sheets. Majority of the time the alignment issues can be fixed by changing the printer settings. Please see your printer's user guide or contact your printer manufacturer for instructions on changing the printer settings. We recommend changing the settings to label or something similar. Also, if you are using Avery desing software you may need to calibrate your printer and perform a test print before printing on the label sheets. Sounds like you may need to enable the gridlines in order to see the actual card or label cells. If the template looks like a blank page, select Table Tools > Layout > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.

This is an online software that takes you step by step through the process of selecting a template, customizing it and printing out your finished project. In the customizing screen, go to the 'Sequential Numbers' tab, click on the 'Add a Number' button and follow the steps.
