The name badge Inserts 5392, 3" x 4" can be used with Avery® Hanging Name Badges 74520. The inserts work with other 3" x 4" name badge holders Avery produces.

Are there name tag inserts for 74520 with three to a page

The Avery 5392 will work, and it is the correct size for 74520 (and for 74459). I generally print "refills," so I print one or two at a time. Can I get the replacements in three to a page rather than six to a page? Thank you.

Question

I have HP Officejet Pro 8600 and am having difficulties printing on 74520 name tags.

I take all 8.5x11 paper out of the feeder and set adjustable paper holders to the sides of the 74520 paper - I get message that "Paper detected does not match paper size or type selected. Make sure the paper size or type is correct to continue the job."
HELP!!!!!

Hold the printed sheet behind the Avery product to check the alignment of your layout. When satisfied with the layout, print onto the Avery product. Every printer is different, so refer to your printer manual regarding how to load the Avery labels or card products.

In trying to get the template to set up correctly I wasted about 12 name badges and now I don't have enough inserts for the badges
