Looking for Answers about AVERY Repositionable White Address Labels, Laser, 30 Labels per Sheet, 100 Sheets 55160?

I am using Imac.

I work at a new & large Community Hospital. I am Chief of one of the Branches within the Health Physics (Radiation Safety) Section. We have to make up labels for dosimeters (radiation detection badges) each month, and an extra group once per quarter. The only information currently showing is name & dept, and this is printed on color paper and taped to the dosimeter holders.

Currently, one color per month is assigned for the monthlies & 4 separate colors are assigned for quarterlies.

Then we have to peel off the paper & tape after we separate the holder from the dosimetry chip.

Form my standpoint, this is extremely inefficient!

Here is what I would LIKE to do.
1. Use the Repositionable labels. This would make the monthly cleanup extremely fast!
2. Use a 2-tone background.
.....a. The left half would be the quartely color (e.g. gray for winter).
.....b. The right half would be
...........1. The same as the quarter color, for quarterly badges
...........2. One of three colors for the month within the quarter (e.g. purple for the first month) for monthly badges. The same three colors would be used for each quarter's months.
3. Fit our information into a viable label size
.....a. Minimum width = 1"'; maximum = 1-1/2". The minimum would fit onto the top in total. The max would go across the top and halfway down each side of the holder.
.....b. Minimum height = 5-8"; maximum = 1".

Currently, our only way to print color is to send the information to our network printer, which is a Xerox 9303.
A. Do you have a standard package of repositionable Avery labels in an 8-1/2x11 page size (maybe 4 across per row?) that we could load into that copier/printer & have it work?
B. Or...is there an inexpensive Dymo-type printer that we could use to print onto a roll of Avery repositionable labels?

As for the data block itself, what would be the best way to approach it in order to get the 2-tone background and still be able to print three lines of information where each one might span across the entire dual color band (preferably centered)?

Our inventory items have two categories, one with green labels which are costed out to departments, the other with red labels that are non-chargeable supplies. Presently we are using a labelmaker with the part number on the storage bin. I would prefer to generate more information from my inventory database than to type each label's info one character at a time. Thanks for your assistance.

I have lables with the product No 3489 Bought in Hong Kong Made in Germany. When I go into Avery pages in English this product no does not excist. What would this product have for no if i Search on your website in the US?
