Question

I am confused about how to print double sided

To print double sided tags, do I need to run the sheet through the printer twice? How come the left and right columns on a sheet have a different format? E.g., I'm printing a sheet with an Avery template of a flower on the right hand side of the tags (for the tags in the left column of the sheet). However, on the right column tags, the flower shows up on the left of the tag. Is there a way to print all of the same tag on one sheet?

Put the front side of the tag in the right column of the template and the back of the tag in the left column. When you print both sides you will have 8 identical tags.

The front and the back of the tag need to be formatted separately. For best results we recommend using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Format and design each side of the tag. Then you will need to pass the card sheet through the printer twice to print the front and back of the tags. You may want to do a print test to orient yourself with your printer before printing on the actual card sheets.

The card sheets are made of standard card stock. They can be printed using a standard desk top printer and changing the printer settings to 'Card' or 'Card Stock'.

I bought this product and I find that not only are your online templates seriously off but so are your downloadable ones.

It's rendered this item useless.

To add a page to your template, position the cursor on the outside of the last label on the bottom right of the page and press Enter.

These Tags are manufactured to be used with inkjet printers. We do not recommend using a different type of printer with this product.

Templates/printers

I purchased the printable tags with strings 22802, love the templates available online, but every time I try to print and do the adjustments it just doesn't line up. Is there a specific setting printers should be set on? was this product tested on several ink jet printers before and if so where should we set the printer adjustment online to have a desirable result? At the moment I have tried all the suggestions listed. Just when you think it is aligned right the other side of tags doesn't line up right and therefore needs more adjusting.

You may need to change the printer settings to card, card stock or something similar to accommodate the card sheets. Please see your printer user guide or contact your pritner manufacturer for assistance with changing the printer settings. Also, if you are using Avery design software, you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test before printing on the card sheets.
