They do not - I've also asked two suppliers to check on this for me!
However, you can use the Avery inside address labels for divider tabs, although they are not the lovely "easy-apply" style, they're 80 to a sheet. (AVE 8667 for inkjet or AVE 5662 for laser printers.)

Oh, happy day if Avery ever packages their tabs and easy-apply labels in bulk packages. I use hundreds each month!
