I've provided a link, below. Perhaps you've seen it already and are skeptical because of the users who've complained that the template doesn't perform properly - they have alignment problems and such.
I've used the 31-tab Ready Indexes for YEARS and have NEVER had any of problems. (I've used them with Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 and Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7.)
NOTE THAT I HAVE USED THE TEMPLATE THAT IS "STANDARD EQUIPMENT" IN MICROSOFT WORD! That is, I have NOT downloaded the template from the Avery site. I would assume both templates would be identical, but perhaps not!
If you're using Microsoft Office, you should already have the tempate. How you "get to it" varies by Office version, but in general, you're looking for "Mailing" -> Envelopes and Labels. Click on "Labels", then "Options", then scroll the numerical list for 11129. Once you find it, click on "New Document."
