I want to print a colored logo on the front of the note card. How do I start?

MS Word Doc / Landscape layout / Center Alignment/ Insert Table ( one row, two columns) format to width of the paper figuring in the margins to stay inside the embossed area, highlight cells / go to table properties / go to vertical alignment tab then select "center". Print out on paper first, hold up next to card on window to see how it fits and then keep adjusting the margins... Enjoy

Pictures and personalized logos can be uploaded through the 'Insert' function. Save the picture as a file or cut and paste it to the label. For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Select the 'Add Image' option through the Enhanced Editing options to add pictures and other images to your design to give them a customized look. Print quality is dependent on the printer. I tried one in our Ricoh printer and it was awesome and most importantly did not jam.

The products are created according to the specification of the printer. We do not recommend using a laser printer printer with this product. Avery 5315 is in the same configuration as Avery 8317 and is compatible with laser printers.

Question

How do I print the inside of a note card?

When I print my note cards, the inside text appears on the inside of the cover instead of the inside of the back. That is, the inside text appears on the top of the inside rather than on the bottom. How do I change this? I've tried changing the duplex options on my printer to no effect.

You have to play with it. I had to create two layouts; cover and inside. To find out which side needs to be facing up when you check your printer feeding tray. Mine has me insert the side I need printed upwards. However, when you print on the second side remember to rotate the paper. Play with it on paper first.

For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Design the 'Front of the Card' and the 'Back of the Card' and print one side at a time. You may want to do a print test and orient yourself with your printer before printing on the card sheets.

I don't know what the pounds are; however, nothing jammed in my laser printer. Usually, I need to print one copy and then copy on to thicker paper to avoid jamming; however, I did not need to do that this time. I printed right to the invitation. We have an HP laser 4200 and it is very old and this product worked in it first try.

Avery notecards measure 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". We carry that Half Fold Greeting Card 8316 that measures 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" that is closer to the size that your looking for. However, we do not have a card product that measures 5" x 7". For additional information about Avery card products please see www.Avery.com/Cards.
