I don't believe that you can use a laser printer on fabric because of the heat the printer uses - it would mark the fabric.

Since I always have them on hand, I use the 5163 address label or other label product to stick to strips or squares of fabric that I am swapping. They work great and don't come loose in shipping.

not a total solution - but if you copy and paste it 4 times across the top of the template - then you can copy the line of 4 labels all together and paste a whole line at a time to speed it up. You can even then copy multiple lines and paste themat the same time too.

To create a sheet of the same labels select 'Create a sheet of identical layouts' when using Avery Wizard and select 'Full page of same label' when using the Word templates. Changes to individual labels or whole sheet can be made after creating the first label by adding or deleting text and images.

I bought these labels and did not notice that they were for ink jet printers. Can I print the labels on laser printer too? Thanks.

According to Avery Help, 8195 is for an inkjet printer. The laser printer is not mentioned; you can experiement on your own. Make up a label, before printing, tell the printer you want to print from the Master and how many you want to print. If they don't look quite right, experiement with the printer controls, faster, slower, darker, lighter, etc.

No, these labels are not compatible with Laser printers. Use product #5195 which is the same size labels as #8195.

First make sure you are using the right template based on our MS word version. Most labels have formatting directions but if not follow the below:
1. Print a copy of your labels then place it over the template
2. Hold it up to some lighting and see where it's offline
3. Adjust your margins in your document and align until it matches where you want it to be

I can't find 8195 in the Word list of Avery labels; how can I print the labels?
