I had used the "PayPal" method described and made sure that "Print Receipt" option was not checked. This hasn't seemed to work lately, it prints a label that is probably 125% the size of the page/label. My work around takes a couple extra steps but in the long run will save the 2nd half of the #8136 labels:
Get to the screen that displays the postage label (from either eBay or PayPal), hit "Ctrl-Print Screen" which copies everything currently displayed on your monitor. Ctrl-V (paste) into whatever program you are familiar with (I use MS Publisher or Word) then simply crop the image down to the label only and move it to cover 1/2 of the page and print or if you have multiple packages, keep copying & pasting until both 1/2's of the label are filled up.
Yeah, it's a pain in the butt work-around...hopefully eBay/Paypal will fix it someday....

I have paypal also and use it for my ebay. When I make shipping labels I go to my ebay and click on print shipping label and another page will come up asking what carrier and size and weight of package and right below Mailing date where it says printing there is a pull down menu and set it to "Do not print reciept with label" then it will only print the label and next time turn the sheet around so it prints on the other half of the Self stick paper. I havent tried it using Paypal to creat shipping labels so I do not know if it works the same. But if your paypal is linked to your ebay then just print the label from ebay and the shipping cost will automatically come out of your paypal account. I hope this helped

You can't. The template was created and controlled by Ebay & PayPal.
I'll write to suggest otherwise if you will! ; > )

I have the same issue and have wasted labels trying to figure out a solution. I thought I was the only one with this problem until I read your question! The best solution I could come up with was to separate the labels and run one label through the printer. I did not get a receipt, but decided I could live without it since my PayPal account kept a log of everything I printed. I suggest Avery make a label that is one half adhesive and one half non-adhesive, to remedy this printing problem. But that may be too expensive. At least I figured out a way around this.
