Can lable #6460 be used as beer/wine bottle labels for home brewers?

I dislike soaking off labels everytime I reuse a bottle. I am looking for a removable label.

This should work out for you because you can remove them and should be easily able to remove any remaining residue. The only draw-back is the size, 6460 are address labels. I think they are making the removable labels in name tag size which would give you a bigger label and larger font sizes. Of course you can always use more than one address label to to the same thing as well.

Yes, this removable label can be used on glass. If the bottles will be refrigerated you might also want to consider the Avery Weatherproof labels. These labels have a permanent adhesive but are durable enough to repel water and moisture.
