Can I get the name badge paper without the holders?

We are printing name badges for a function and have decided to print them in color. We don't need more holders, can we purchase just the paper?

Yes, you can order them on line fron a reputable company who handles them, Avery, for instance or the office supply people. It is fairly simple to do that. I have ordered them and using them right now.

Kimberly, I use and reuse the holders all the time. When I set up my text on the name badges, I put a text box/border around the information. This allows me to print the badge inserts on colored paper or card stock. I then cut them with a paper cutter or scissors(if there are not too many) using the border as a guide. They fit perfectly.

I bought boxes for index cards at Michaels. They have sliders so I was able to put in dividers and then just inserted the name badges alphabetically.

Avery does not manufacture a storage product that would accommodate storing name badges alphabetically. However, we do provide a rage of alphabetized dividers that may help you with your needs.

Why don't you sell the name badge paper inserts separately from the plastic name badges? We often make mistakes printing the inserts.

It is a waste of money and plastic holders to have to throw away the plastic holders when we make a mistake printing the inserts. It would make a lot of sense to sell packets of the paper inserts (without the plastic holders).

You can order the insert sheets directly from Avery or on line from companies who handle them. I have done that and it is fairly simple, then you have extra sheets if you make a mistake.
