I had been using the 5366 template with no problems, now I find that when I go to print, everything is not aligned properly. What could be causing

this problem for my co-workers and I?

This doesn't sound like a product problem--more a software or printer problem. Perhaps the paper feed tray on your printer is out of alignment. You may also need to adjust the template you're using. Try increasing or decreasing the indent within the columns. The template is actually a table and can be edited like any other table.

Avery does not produce a high gloss version of this product. There are several products that are compatible with laser or laser and inkjet printers.
