It took me awhile to figure it out but I was able to make it work. The trick here is to determine which way your printer actually prints so that you print on the correct side:
1) You need to set up 2 separate templates. Name them Side 1 and Side 2.
2) Each slot within the template has a position 1 - 4. You will only use positions 2 and 4.
3) Side 1 Template: Type Name #1 in Position #2 and Type Name #2 in Position #4.
4) Side 2 Template: Type Name #2 in Position #2 and Type Name #1 in Position #4.
5) Insert #5305 into printer as you would for regular printing (I had to insert top to bottom) and print Side #1.
6) Re-insert #5305 into printer upside down (I had to insert bottom to top with print facing outward) and print Side #2.

The best way to do this is by using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. At the beginning of the project select the number of pages that you want to format selecting the 'Enhanced Editing' option.
