Instead of opening the download, try saving it first, then go to the file it was saved in to and open from there. Hope it helps! You might also want to download as a jpeg and see.

If you don't have Word, they try using Design & Print Online, www.avery.com/print. There's nothing to download.

Printing Folders Labels Template 5202
How do I setup this template in Word so that when I print them they all come looking in the center of each label. Right now when I download the template and launch Word, first of all I get a template that is more than 7 labels and even though I try to use that one when trying to print it's just not centered.

If you have the correct templaite, you should just click in the top box or cell and type what you want, then center it using the center icon. Then repeat on all the labels. Once you have done that, save the template somehwere and next time when you go to use it, it should already be centered, just replace the previous text.

The best way to use these is to click in the box and center all your text. I would use 12pt font or smaller, no more than three rows of text. Use the manual feed on your printer.

Question
How do I print higher on the lable?
I like the blue line to be under the file name, so I run the lables through the printer with the blue line on the bottom. How do I move the print up on the label so it prints towards the top edge?
Thanks!

There are three lines of copy on these labels. To move the copy up, just hit [enter] after the second line to add a blank third line. This will move the copy up.

You can increase the line spacing of the label cells by changing the font style through the Font menu options and removing the spacing between lines through the Paragraph menu options.
