I'm printing the shipping label from Paypal & I can't figure out how not to have the Online Label record from printing.

In the PayPal multi-order shipping screen:
Edit --> Settings --> Print Settings --> uncheck the box that says "Print label information and instructions"

Under "Automatically print the following documents after printing USPS labels" leave those boxes checked if you still want the opportunity to print the packing list, packing slip, and receipt. You'll just need to print that stuff separately on paper rather than wasting the label.

Print two copies and paypal has it saved for 3 months in your account. You can also go into the record through paypal and reprint, but the unique postage is only good once.

Wish they did but I am not sure - l have never seen anything other than white - however if your wanted to design something on your computer to the 5-1/2 x 8 size of the split sheet then your could probably print anything you liked.

The only other color available in this size label is Brown Kraft (item # 5783). You can always add color to your white labels by inserting a background color.

Can you configure the Avery 5126 for use on eBay and PayPal shipping? If so how?

I have yet to find an option on Paypal or eBay that allows you to specify an Avery label on a laserjet printer.

I use an HP 8600 pro Plus and I have absolutely no problem in printing these labels! Just load them in your paper tray - If in doubt - print a sample first to make sure it is going to print correctly.

These Avery Shipping Labels works well with United States Postal Service® Click-N-Ship®, Pitney Bowes Shipstream™ Manager Deluxe, eBay® and PayPal® online postage and other popular shipping software. You may need to chack with eBay and PayPal to see if this label size is acceptable.

8136/5126

Do the Avery 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 labels have a split tar off sheet. Yes I know the big sheet is perforated for easy separation but once separated if the cover sheet is not split it is terrible to remove from the label.

My 8146 labels are not perforated. Or, at least I never noticed it before I always have the receipt printed with the label for my records.

The label does not TEAR off - it is peeled off and if your are not printing both label and receipt, then you would have the other half of the sheet to print on again. Just be careful of how you load it into your printer!

Are these shipping labels available without a shipping class printed on them? That is, are they all printed for priority mail?

I rarely use priority mail and would like to designate which shipping class I want to use, such as media mail or parcel post.

These labels are the easiest - perfect and strong. Actually if you are printing postage and a shipping label straight from Ebay through Paypal - all you really have to do is pack your item - weigh it; type in the correct weight. Them the Paypal/Ebay process then fills out everything else for you. Insert the label into your printer and print!

This product is fabulous and wonderfully easy to peel off the paper and sticks like super glue on the package! Awesome item!
