Question

I have a Double click pen/pencil combination. When using the pencil, the lead slides back up into the barrel. Is there any way to fix this?

This should not happen as long as the correct size lead refills are being used.

The doubleClick pen uses .05mm mechanical pencil lead that can be found at your local office supply retailer. To refill the the lead, unscrew the lower grip and pull out the lead pencil tip. Insert up to two pieces of 0.5mm lead into the silver tube.

I have checked the Avery website and every other office supply store for the Avery #49560 Pen Refills, but not one has them. I read in a previous post that you sell them at Avery.com, but was not able to find them. Please help!!!!! Thanks!

I have extra erasers for my DoubleCLICK multifunction pen, but I no longer have the eraser cover nor the sleeve that surrounds the eraser while inserted. Can either of these items be obtained separately?
