We don't have mail merge from your Excel list set up for postcards. You still have a couple of options. You could download the Avery Wizard and do the mail merge to clear labels and apply those to your postcards. Or, if you want to merge straight to the postcards, use sku 5168 instead and on the screen where you choose the product, change the orientation to Landscape. The Wizard makes mail merge easy. Here's a link to the free download: avery.com/wizard and if you want to see a tutorial on mail merge, watch our YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skoz....

It sounds like you want to print the same design on all 4 cards of a sheet. The easiest way to do this is to use the Avery Design & Print Online tool at www.avery.com/print. Simply customize the first postcard on the sheet and the tool will automatically copy your design to the other 3 postcards on the sheet. You can also customize the back of the postcards by selecting "Back of Sheet" in the left toolbar.

Question

How do I print a different address on each postcard for the Avery 5689 template?

I tried mail merge in Word 2010 to print a different address on each of the 4 postcard templates on a sheet. But when I preview it, the same address prints on all 4 postcards on a sheet. I don't want that. I want a different address on each one.

Text from Word can be inserted into a text box. Insert a text box to the postcards and paste the text from Word into the text box. Select the text box and continue with additional formatting options such as changing the font style, color and size.

Question

Can you put photos stored on your computer (I have iPhoto 9.1.1) on postcards in the 3263 product?

I like to send different photos of things they would be interested in to my five grandchildren and have been printing photos and glueing them to 4 x 6 cards--Saw 3263 at office supply store and thought I might be able to do it in one step but can't see how to get a photo onto the glossy side . . . is it possible?

Question

HOW do I get this to work?

I've been at it for almost two hours and I can't get this to work. I've tried copying, I've tried everything. All I want is a stupid template so I can make some postcards. I bought two boxes and can't even get to square one, literally.

Postcards can be formatted by using Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Select a pre-designed template or create your own by adding in graphics, photos and boarders through the Insert menu option. Format the front and the back by selecting the 'Front of Page' or 'Back of Page'. Use the print preview option to ensure all of the formatting is correct and save the project for future use.

For best results we recommend using Avery Design & Print Online. Select the template and use the Sheet Navigator to format the individual sides of the postcard. If you are not familiar with the new version of the software here is the link to the software demo to help you get familiar with the it - http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/De....

Question

Mail merge on 3380s using MS Publisher 2010

Mailmerge works, but you only have a choice of how many copies per page, 1 thru 4. So, there seems to be no way to get 4 sequential mailmerge records on the 4 postcards of a single sheet--you get 1 record only, 1 thru 4 times. Is there a way to say 'print a new record for each new postcard'.

You have to solve this after selection Print. After selection Print, in the Settings area there's a dropdown list. Select 'Multiple Pages per Sheet'. Then, just below this dropdown is a separate option labeled Copies of Each Page. Set this option to '1'.

So basically, in this context, a 'page' corresponds to a mailmerge record 1 to 1, and you're specifying multiple mailmerge records per sheet, only 1 copy of each record. Exactly what I was after.
