This isn't the "approved" way to do it, but since Word doesn't allow you to load the new 5195 template as a label sheet via the Mailings tab, this is what I did (works with images, too):
Create your address label in the far left label space and get it *exactly* how you want it (otherwise you'll have to do this all over again). Now, carefully select the area *inside* the single label by clicking and moving your mouse over it, making sure none of the highlighted area is outside of the single label. Copy the area and paste in the next label to the right, carefully clicking up near the top left-hand corner of the label, and so on, until you get to the end of the row (this is tricky; try it a few times and you'll get the hang of it).
Here's the shortcut: Once you have one row completed, move your mouse to the left margin and click, highlighting the entire row. You can copy and simply press Ctrl+V (paste) over and over again until the page is filled up with labels!
This will make a bunch of blank labels beneath it, so you will need to highlight all the blank labels by clicking in the left-hand margin of the page and deleting them, otherwise you will print a bunch of blank pages. Hope this helps save someone some time...

To create a sheet of the same labels select 'Create a sheet of identical layouts' when using Avery Wizard and select 'Full page of same label' when using the Word templates. If using Design & Print Online, select the Quick & Simple option. Insert the text on one of the labels and it will automatically replicate itself on the remaining labels. Changes to individual labels or whole sheet can be made after creating the first label by adding or deleting text and images.

You don't! But this might help you - Open Word, then go to the upper left and click "new". You should get a new document dialogue with templates listed on the left. Scroll down and click on Labels. Just to the right select "Office labels". Type the template number in the address box in the top. There should be a selection of labels in the size you want. Select and download the design of labels you would like. When they open there should be a "Edit Address" button in the Avery Template Quick Access toolbar at the top top left of the page. Click this and you will get a dialogue box to change the address in the ALL OF THE LABELS AT THE SAME TIME! I hope this helped.

You do not need to import the template into your Word program since the templates are MS Word files. Simply download the template to your desktop, customize and save for future use.

You would need to change the size of the font to make all the text fit the labels.
Also make sure that you hit enter after each line if you want to proceed to the next.

If the data is set-up in Excel, you can merge the data, otherwise, you will need to copy and paste the data from one sheet to the new 60-up sheet.
