Sounds like you may need to enable the gridlines in order to see the acutal card or label cells. If the template looks like a blank page, select Table Tools > Layout > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.

How do I change the font to make my label readable?

I am using Avery Style Edge Inswertable Pastic Reference Dividers #11200 and the font size is to small and I want to make it bigger.

Highlight the text and then use the formatting tools to change the font style and color.

How can I have the cirlce on the print out so I can cut them out and put them in divider tabs?

The dividers and labels are only sold in sets. They are not sold separately.
