Pictures and personalized logos can be uploaded through the 'Insert' function through MS Word. Save the picture as a file or cut and paste it to the label. For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Select the 'From Avery Gallery' or 'From My Computer' to add graphics, photos and logos to your label project to give them a customized look. If you are not familiar with the software here is the link to the software demo http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/De....

Question

Using template in Word

I downloaded a blank template using the correct product code and was able to find it. However, when I open it in Word there are no gridlines to know exactly where I should insert photos and text boxes to fit the card. I'm just guessing. Then, I cannot easily move those items to the create my layout, and sending items to back/front does not work. I'm frustrated and have already spent more 40+ minutes trying to create my card. I can't even get close to finishing it!

Sounds like you may need to enable the gridlines in order to see the actual card or label cells. If the template looks like a blank page, select Table Tools > Layout > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.

Question

I have a problem printing with this template.

When I bring up this template, the page breaks and there are only four rows on one page and one row on a second page. I have to go into page previewbefore I print in order for the template to print on one page. I use Microsoft Word 2007. Does anyone else have this issue?
