There is no need to create multiple files. Select the number of pages that you want to format from Avery Wizard or Word. If additional note cards are needed use the Tab key while on the last cell. Formatted images and text will need to be added to the new cells. If using Design & Print, select the number of note card sheet that you wish to print at the beginning of the project. Save the project and add or make changes to them at a later time by retrieving by the 'Open a Saved Project' option.

The two sided products are formatted one side at a time. First format the front and print it. Then format the back. We recommend you print a test page to get familiarize yourself with the orientation of the printer. If using Design & Print Online format each side of the project by selecting 'Front of Page' or 'Back of Page' from the menu options on the left.

Formatting and printing individual or multiple labels can be done by using the downloadable templates at www.Avery.com/Templates and Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. When using the Word templates, select "Single label" option and format the desired amount of labels. In Avery Wizard, after selecting the template and orientation, choose 'Type many different entries on a sheet'. If on Avery Design & Print Online select the 'Enhanced Editing' option to create individual labels. Reminder, if you select a pre-designed template, delete the formatting on unused labels.
