First, choose a border you want to insert and save it to a place you remember on your computer (free images are available at
www.office.microsoft.com). Then insert by choosing Insert then Picture and browse to find the file. Next, to make it easier to move the image around, in Picture Tools, choose Text Wrapping and click on In front of Text. Then you can click and drag the image to the position you want. When you get it into the right spot, right-click on the image and choose Send to Back so your text won't be blocked by the image.
