Looking for Answers about AVERY How to Format a Template in Avery Design & Print Online?

Since all printers feed & print differently, you need to consult you manual regarding the path of your printer. Test on a plain sheet of paper. Most times you need to flip the sheet to print the inside.

The easiest way to design a two-sided project is by using Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print. Simply enter your product number, choose a template and start customizing. Once you click on 'print your project', you will see the image flipped prior to printing.

In the customize step, use the background button on the left side of you design.

When using Avery Design & Print Online select the 'Enhanced Editing' option to customize your project. The pre-designed projects can be personalized to meet your needs.

Images from the Avery Clip Art library or from a personal file can be added by using the 'Enhanced Editing' option and selecting 'Add Image'. For additional assistance please see the software demos at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter.

There is no need to adjust the margins or the alignment. The downloadable templates from www.Avery.com/Templates and through Avery design software available through www.Avery.com/Software are created to meet the specifications of the products. However, if you want to change the margins to meet the specification of your project they can be changed through the Layout or Page Payout menu options. You may also want to see if the printer settings need to be changed to card or card stock.

A file can be re-named and saved through the File menu and Save As option.

Borders can be disabled and enabled through the the Table Styles on the Design format menu.

The mail merge option through Avery Design & Print Online is not available for this product.

To adjust the logo within the printable cell, change the text wrapping option to 'Through'. This will allow you to format the object and move it to a specifict location of the template.
