How do I print a background pattern on the whole tag as shown with this template? I'll then add a text box with the text I want in the foreground.

A background or watermark can be added to the name badged to give them a more professional look. Use the Page Background options through the Page Layout menu tab to format the backgrounds and watermarks for individual tag or the entire sheet.
