Question

I am using template 5160 as per label instruction. I have checked "print whole page of same label" (See details)

but it keeps printing only the top 4 of the middle row. Am I doing something wrong? This used to work fantastically. Have I somehow changed settings? Help....!

Yes, individual labels can be printed. If it’s a pre-designed template the formatting will need to be deleted. However, multiple passes through a printer/copier cause curling and peeling of the remaining labels.

Please make sure the correct template is being used with the product. If the text is in a text box move and format the text as desired. Highliting the text and formatting the paragraph, spacing and alignment functions can help with the placement of the text.

Formatting and printing individual or multiple labels can be done by using the downloadable templates at www.Avery.com/Templates and Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. When using the Word templates, select "Single label" option and format the desired amount of labels. In Avery Wizard, after selecting the template and orientation, choose 'Type many different entries on a sheet'. If on Avery Design & Print Online select the 'Enhanced Editing' option to create individual labels. Reminder, if you select a pre-designed template, delete the formatting on unused labels. If using the donwloadable and Word templates while on the last label of the page tab to create additional labels on a new page. On Design & Print Online select the number of pages through the Enhanced Editing options.

is there a way to import addresses from a word table 2 column into template for label 5160

I have a jury list of addresses that I can't seem to be able to copy and paste to the 5160 label.
The message says I can't copy the selection to a table. Is there a way to do this, without retyping the list

The other option is to use the mail merge option through Avery design software. Create an Excel file with the contact information first and then use the mail merge function available through Avery design software.
