It sounds like you might have an old package of this product. There is no template available with that layout.

The Avery templates are compatible with MS Word. The templates can be found at www.Avery.com/Templates and also through Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. I have trouble printing with this template. It works for the first 3 lines but the rest of labels are not centered so I can´t use them. What can I do?

The Majority of the time alignment issues can be resolved by changing the printer settings. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the printer settings to label or something similar to accommodate the label sheets. For additional information regarding changing the printer settings please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test. For additional printing tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter. Also, try Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This design software does not require any downloads.

Product# 5125 was discontinued in 2011. You may want to check with Ellsworth Stationers at 1-800-765-4031 or Stanley Taylor at 1-800-845-1781. They tend to carry some of our older and discontinued products.
