The easiest way to do this is to take your mouse and go to the top left of the box until you see a small box appear with crossing arrows inside. Click on this to highlight the full selection. Then right click on the selection and choose "Copy". Then go to the other box you want to copy to, and select the same box as before to highlight the full box. Right click the selection and choose "Paste The Nested Table". You should have a duplicate of the original. I hope that works. I am using Word 2007.

In some programs when you do a "print " command there is an additional step you can take to set up how you want your label to print. It is here that you can tell your printer to print only 4 labels starting on a particular place on the sheet of labels. You can ask your printer to print only 1 label on a particular label here too. It's kind of fun to see the printer do what you asked it to do. Have fun. Hope this helps.

Question

I have want is reported to be 8931 labels - but the sheets have two other labels on it

the sheet package reads 8931 - looks like 8931 but looking at the sheet there are two other labels on the sheet just to the left of the four strips (two sets of strips) next to the round (CD) labels. These labels are about 1.34" x 4.5/8".
I have attempted to print my CD labels but since the sheet will not line up the labels do not not print right. Is there another number for these sheets or do I have to cut the other labels off to line the print the CD labels?

Never cut your labels. This would be a mistake. You need not worry about what labels are on the sheet of labels. The problem you are having is the instructions that are sent to your printer are not being read properly. Sometimes the printer has to be "setup" for your printing job. Go to your printer and see if there is a command that will help your printer read the proper instructions from your program and print it correctly. Try using another printer if you have one and see if this helps. Good luck and happy printing.

If you use the second option, prepare the title first, you can then insert your picture. Next click on the picture, go to format, text wrapping and click in front of text. You should be able to position the picture and size it. Then click behind text and you should be able to move the text around to fit well.

L6043-25 is an A4 product. The template is still available on the Avery web sites for other countries. Just click on the map in the header of the page and choose your region and search on the product number.

Here's a link to the blank Illustrator template: www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates.... If you would prefer a pre-designed template, you can use Avery Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print and at the print dialog, choose to save as a pdf.
