Download the template from Avery, save the template as MS Word file, open the file and enter your data on each label then print them all in one time. After printing, delete the entries but not the template and save blank template.

Formatting and printing individual or multiple labels can be done by using the downloadable templates at www.Avery.com/Templates and Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. When using the Word templates, select "Single label" option and format the desired amount of labels. In Avery Wizard, after selecting the template and orientation, choose 'Type many different entries on a sheet'. If on Avery Design & Print Online select the 'Enhanced Editing' option to create individual labels. Reminder, if you select a pre-designed template, delete the formatting on unused labels. If using the donwloadable and Word templates while on the last label of the page tab to create additional labels on a new page. On Design & Print Online select the number of pages through the Enhanced Editing options.

For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Once you format one of the labels select the "Apply to All" option through the Sheet Navigator to replicate the design to entire sheet.

To start with I would like to know what product you are asking about... If it is for the hanging tabs you should scroll down to see the rest and if it is for the file folder labels then it is something wrong with your computer if you can not scroll down to see the rest. If I was you I would take my computer to a computer repair shop and have it looked at. Good luck and best wishes

Download the file again but this time save it to your desktop. Some people like to create an Avery folder on their computer and then save all their templates in that folder. Also try re-naming the file something easy for you to remember.

The easiest way to do this is to create your labels using the Avery Design & Print Online tool. The tool automatically copies your text from the first label to the rest of the sheet. Go to www.avery.com/print to get started.

Sometimes this is a browser interaction. Instead of clicking on Open, click on Save (you might want to re-name the file). Be sure to remember where you saved it. Then launch Word and browse to where you saved the file to open it. If you still don't have formatting options, try using Design & Print Online at www.avery.com/print.

The gray on the labels comes from the printer dust, so you may need to get your printer professionally cleaned.

You should also adjust your printer settings. Check your printer manual so you can change the printer settings to "labels".
