Formatting and printing individual or multiple labels can be done by using the downloadable templates at www.Avery.com/Templates and Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. When using the Word templates, select "Single label" option and format the desired amount of labels. In Avery Wizard, after selecting the template and orientation, choose 'Type many different entries on a sheet'. If on Avery Design & Print Online select the 'Enhanced Editing' option to create individual labels. Reminder, if you select a pre-designed template, delete the formatting on unused labels. If using the donwloadable and Word templates while on the last label of the page tab to create additional labels on a new page. On Design & Print Online select the number of pages through the Enhanced Editing options.

For best results use Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. Once you format one of the labels select the "Apply to All" option through the Sheet Navigator to replicate the design to entire sheet.

To start with I would like to know what product you are asking about... If it is for the hanging tabs you should scroll down to see the rest and if it is for the file folder labels then it is something wrong with your computer if you can not scroll down to see the rest.
