On the outside of the template box, hit enter, and it should create another box on the next page. However, one of the problems I'm running into, is that the template on the next page is changed. There's no space between the labels and I can't figure out how/why that's happening. When I print, they're all in the wrong spaces...

If you are using the template in Microsoft Word, click on Mailings / Labels / Options. Find the product number that you are using, then click on New Document. A template for these labels will open up. You can then just tab from label to label and enter the information.

If you are using the Avery Wizard to format your labels, open the Wizard from Microsoft Word, find the product number and click Next, then click on "Type Many Different Entries on a Sheet" and click Next. A single label will appear, where you will enter the information for your first label. Click on the next label on the diagram to the right, then enter the information on that label, and keep repeating the process until all labels are entered. Click Next, and you can either preview the page or just click Finish. The complete page will appear, where you can change any formatting if needed, then print and/or save the document.

One other option is to go to avery.com and click on Design & Print Online. In "Start a New Project" type in the product number and the template choices will appear. You can choose either a blank template or one with a design on it. Once you've selected your template, enter the information for the first label, click on "Apply to One" on the top right, then click on the 2nd label and enter the information for that label, and so on.

Making a name badge label is simple with Avery templates. Go to www.avery.com/templates and enter your product number in the Search area on the left. The search results will list blank and pre-designed templates for you to download. Download the template you like, customize and print. Remember to save your project so you can use it again later.
