Questions & Answers for AVERY Multi-Use Label, 1 per 4x6 sheet

Question

Can I, and how do I print on a large printer using the 5292 Permanent Shipping labels?

I assume that once I download Avery Template 5454 then I will just use the bypass tray on the printer, but how does that work with a Word Doc? Is the print area in Word changed or something when I use this template? This is the 4"x6".

The templates can be fed through the regular feeder or manual feeder depending on the project. Unless stated otherwise align the paper according to the orientation of your printer. For additional Printing Tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter.

Question

I'm trying to print a label using Microsoft Publisher, and there isn't an Avery label on the Sheet Size list. Is there an 'alias' that might work?

I am new at this job and I know my predecessor did print these successfully in the past. These are bar-code labels printed on shipping labels, so I can't easily change over to Word.
