Package Claims Compatibility with EBay, but isn't

I've tried to find a way to print EBay shipping labels to 5126 but its not possible... Has anyone been able to print labels printed from ebay??? Looks like I'm gonna start selling shipping labels on eBay too...

I found I had to make sure that the printer setting is "fit to page" as I set up the printing session, for the all the info to fit on the label. Hope that helps.
