Try clicking on the Table Tools tab at the top of your screen. Then under Borders click View Gridlines.

Sounds like you may need to enable the gridlines in order to see the actual card or label cells. If the template looks like a blank page, select Table Tools > Layout > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.

Avery product tempates are compatible with MS Word. Avery prodcuts can also be formatted by using Avery design software. This online software takes you step by step through the process of selecting the correct template, customizing it and then printing out your final project. Select the 'From Avery Gallery' or 'From My Computer' to add backgrounds, graphics & photos to your projects to give them a customized look. The majority of the time alignment issues can be resolved by changing the printer settings. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the printer settings to label or something similar to accommodate the label sheets. For additional information regarding changing the printer settings please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test. If you created your project with Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print, you can apply the information and the design to another template through the 'Apply Design to Another Product' option located in the Print & Preview options. If you used a downloadable template, the design and content will need to be copied and pasted into the new template. You can also copy the data to a spreadsheet and use the mail merge feature available through Avery Design & Print Online, to transfer it to the new template. Keep in mind that this feature will only import the text, so if you have an image or design that you would like to use with the new template, it will need to be added separately.
