All the regular Word formatting options can be used with our templates. Just click and drag to highlight the text you want to change (or click Find & Select then Select All to do it all at once) and use the font list to change the font type, size or color.

Question

How do I get grid lines to show on template 5141?

I downloaded 5141 and the instructions said to click on Table then Show Grid lines. When I clicked on Table the option Show Grid Lines did not appear. What do I do?

If the template looks like a blank page, select Table Tools > Layout > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.

Please make sure that the product is compatible with the printer type (i.e. inkjet and laser). Also, check if the printer settings needs to be changed to label or something similar. Why doesn't the "Hello my name is box show up on the template for 5141? It seems necessary in order to know how much info and what size font to use.

The blank downloadable templates does not accommodate for the 'Hello my name is' section of the product. The pre-designed templates avaiable through Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print have been designed to with ample space for the top section of the namebadge.
