I downloaded the wine bottle label for Valentine Day but How do I change the to: and From: I'm on a Mac. I clicked on it and it looked like a text

I'm on a Mc and can't seem to change the To: and From: I clicked on it and it looked like a textbox but I couldn't delete or add anything to it . i'm trying to get rid of the sweetpea, etc. so I can personalize it before the weekend!
