Formatting and printing individual or multiple cards or labels can be done by using the downloadable templates at www.Avery.com/Templates and Avery design software at www.Avery.com/Software. When using the Word templates, select "Single label" option and format the desired amount of cards or labels. In Avery Wizard, after selecting the template and the orientation, choose 'Type many different entries on a sheet'. If on Avery Design & Print Online, directly type the information on to the printable spaces and select 'Apply to One' to create individual cards and labels. Reminder, if you select a pre-designed template, delete the formatting on unused cards.

Once on the Avery website, click on "Design & Print Online", then type in the product number you want to format, and the template choices will come up. Click on the template you want, and follow the prompts to design, preview and print your product.
