Even though it no longer exists, you can probably create your own custom template for this label. The sheet size is 4"x6" with 7 labels per sheet. If Avery would simply make the dimensions available, I could add that too. (It looks like 17mm x 87mm.) Not sure why they don't. Also, in WordPerfect it's quite easy to do - my guess is that it's not so easy in MSWord but maybe you could try.

Good luck.

I don't understand the staff answer, I'm sitting here looking at an Avery 'File Folder Labels' package, in dark blue, with 8 labels per sheet. I can't find a template either! The upper right corner has the number 05200, and underneath FF3DB.

The Majority of the time alignment issues can be resolved by changing the printer settings. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the printer settings to label or something similar to accommodate the label sheets. For additional information regarding changing the printer settings please see your printer user guide or contact your printer manufacturer. Also, if you are using Avery design software you may need to calibrate your printer with the software and perform a print test. For additional printing tips please see the Avery Help Center at www.Avery.com/HelpCenter. Also, try Avery Design & Print Online at www.Avery.com/Print. This design software does not require any downloads.

Click to the right of the last label at the bottom right of the page. When your cursor is flashing there, hit Enter and Word will create a second page.

Mine didn't either until I went to Table and inserted rows instead of going down to the second page. Forget that second page, it doesn't work, but inserting rows works great and you can add as many labels as you like using that feature.

Question

How do I print on this label?

When I try to print on this label, it ends up jamming my printer. My only option is to print on plain paper and then tape the label onto the paper, aligning it with the label, and reprinting it...which is time consuming and annoying. How can I get my Ricoh printer to print on this label?

How can I change font size without label text printing over label cut?

I changed font to 16 and label went to 2 lines. Template showed each label properly aligned but actual printing misaligned labels so they printed over label cuts.
