Question

On the Avery 3735 Send and reply Piggyback labels where are the perforations for the larger label, the template only shows the inside label

... I can not find the outside label's dimensions or margins (top and bottom).

This printable area on this label is only 1" x 3", the larger label area is not printable.

Question

Why won't download work?

I am trying to download the template for Send & Reply labels, 5735. The download screen indicates "waiting for Avery". Then after about 15 minutes I get a system message that the download could not be completed because it detected that Windows is open. However, the only application that I have open is my browser. Why doesn't this download work? I downloaded Avery Wizard 4.01 without a problem.
Operating System: Windows 7 - 32-bit (standard version)
Software: Word 2007
